Exclusive luxury villa where you can enjoy total privacy without renouncing to fantastic sea and mountain views. With active tourist licence.
750m² divided in two levels, from the grandiose entrance hall presided over by the double staircase as in the most classical palaces which leads to the large living room of more than 100m² and fantastic views to the Bay of Altea which gives access to the exterior through any of the sliding windows.
At one end of the living room is a large office with its own bathroom which can be converted into a bedroom. At the other end, the dining room (over 70m² usable area) is presided over by a bespoke kitchen designed by leading kitchen furniture manufacturer Clive Christian (UK). All the furniture in this room was made by Moblesa, who included marble ornaments and other gold-plated elements on the legs of the dining table.
Once we access the upper floor we find an open plan living room, which serves as a distributor for the 4 bedrooms, all of them with their own private bathroom and access to a large terrace. In the case of the master bedroom, it also has access to a private terrace and a complete dressing room. With all the furniture handmade by Mariner, Moblesa, Silik and Pico, a lighting collection that has been carefully designed down to the last detail and decorated with handcrafted gold-plated elements, as well as other ornaments both on the columns and on the hand-painted ceilings.
The Master bathroom furniture collection is by Silik, the original lighting is by Mariner, and the bathroom accessories are handcrafted porcelain from the Azzurro factory.
Of course, from any of these bedrooms, the views are impeccable, both day and night, of the sea and the skyline of Altea and Serra Gelada.
With access from the outside, but located in the basement, a space for staff rest, with lockers, shower, lounge and other amenities, as well as the laundry area and technical room (new installation in 2021).
On its 2,300m², several spaces have been designed and built, for the swimming pool, relaxation/chill-out area…
There is the possibility of acquiring two adjoining properties, one with work in progress and the other with project of work already presented to the Town Hall. These two elements are not sold separately, only together with the main house.
