This campsite is located on the beachfront in a well-known Valencian municipality. It has a surface area of 21,440 m2 and has a total of 60 bungalows of various sizes and characteristics, 130 plots of between 50m2 and 100m2 for caravans and tents, infrastructures that make it possible to carry out its activity, such as electrical installations, water supply and its own water drainage network.

The sanitary facilities, showers, sinks, washing facilities, etc., are located in a building of about 400 m2 completely refurbished in 2015, including all the plumbing, electricity, sanitary fittings and marble. Also in 2015 an important investment was made in solar energy, a system that supplies all the installations.
